Shadows and Light September 16, 2020September 29, 2020 avelinepreci AP: 1.7 ISO: 25 SS: 1/120 AP: 1.7 ISO: 20 SS: 1/30 AP: 1.7 ISO: 32 SS: 1/30 I got this picture from the internet. I like this picture because of the shadows that are cast after the light reflects on the glass of water. The cup reflects and casts a shadow on the wall. This shadow looks very interesting to me. One thing that popped out in the picture was whatever that liquid is inside of the cup it is dissolving. The dissolving liquid gives another look for the shadow. The detail on the top of the shadow is lines shooting out horizontally. This is probably caused by the design of the cup. Though it may not be seen every cup is designed differently and that is why they all look and/or feel different. In the area where the liquid is dissolving the lines in the shadow are curved and going up. It seems to be that the liquid was blocking the light. After that the bottom of the cup goes all black except for a small part on the very bottom that the light shines through. I found this interesting because its fascinating how just about anything an affect a shadow.
